2. At the same time, a high hardness metal surface can be obtained on a base material with good toughness to obtain the best combination of material properties.When selecting the surfacing material, the tempering of the hardened structure of the surfacing metal or the temporary softening of the stable structure may be considered in the high temperature working environment.The change in hardness and brittleness due to the phase transformation and the possible increase in oxidation or scaling.In addition, the alternating temperature changes may also cause thermal fatigue or thermal shock damage to the surfacing structure of the blade due to thermal stress.Because high temperature tungsten carbide can maintain high hardness even in high temperature environment,It has high scratch resistance and low friction coefficient as well as high oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and heat resistance.In recent years, some researchers have gradually applied it to the field of welded rail deburring device.

At the time of design, after comprehensive consideration, a welded rail deburring device mainly considers the following three requirements:

1、The welded rail deburring device is directly pushed after the rail is welded, and the working environment temperature is high (about 1000 °C).The material should meet the characteristics of high strength, good hardness and wear resistance at high temperature;

2、There is molten iron splash during the welding process, and it is required that the push knife cannot be bonded to the molten iron;

3、The pusher knife surrounds the secondary circuit of the welder, and the current in the secondary circuit is very large. In order to prevent the heat of the pusher blade from being excessively large, the pusher blade should be able to prevent magnetism;The surrounds the secondary circuit of the welder, and the current in the secondary circuit is very large.
