Bimetal composite wear plates are designed to settle the wear issue of the wear plates laterally fixed on the interior lifting guide channel of ballast cleaning machines by cladding a layer of wear-resistant alloy on the wear surface of the plates to tackle the issue of moderate wear strength of the wear plates so as to increase their service life.
